Guatemalan coffee is classified according to altitude. Most coffee here is grown between 1,500 and 5,500 feet. All washed Arabica', two particularly nice growing regions are Coban and Antigua. These coffee's are highly acidic and full bodied. High grown Guatemalan coffee is especially fine; The lower grown coffee's, while inoffensive, are not particularly breathtaking.
